Trade Sector Executive’s Collective Bargaining Agreement.

On July 21rst, the Marketing Managers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement was renewed. Some changes were made regarding outplacements and social security contributions, but the most important one is for notice periods. Indeed, indemnities for wrongful dismissals – and other types of indemnities as well – are increased, while sick leaves are instead reduced.

All these changes will only be in force as of September 15th, in order to give employers time to adjust to them.
